We at YG hope that this third newsletter of ours, finds you excited for March, Spring, and all the events, classes that we have planned for you!!!!
We want to encourage our community to build a sweaty practice. We have changed the names of our classes!!! Yoga Garden(YG) standard hot classes, there is Yg flow and vinyasa. Not to mention,there is our morning jogalaties at 7:15-8:15am and we changed our lunch time classes to 11:30-12:30. We have in addition to all this added a class on Sunday at 4:30-6:00pm. All this, is so that you are able to attended a class every day and challenge your strength, your routine, your determination and find a way to make it happen. We have a full schedule ready for you! Also we made a perfect deal for you.

What are the rules???
Well, in a perfect world you come get on your mat every single day for 30 days. However, we are aware that life happens, and sometimes we can’t make it for a gazillion reasons... therefore, you can double up or triple up. Double up for example a morning class and a night class, or take a flow class then a YIN class. We genuinely do not want people tripling up or doubling up too often, but you can. This challenge is all about waking up good, healthy routines. You have to keep hydrated, you need to make sure you eat properly every single day, and you will feel much more present in your ways.
Obviously, if you are not able able to take the monthly challenge for whatever reason, we still have incredible classes, and wonderful teachers waiting for you in the main room!!!
Friday March the 13th we will all be in the main room! Special Night class lead by almost all the teachers. This class will be a flow class with music.
First workshop will be three hour workshop on HOW TO USE BLOCKS in your practice and WHY!!! In the three hour workshop there will be a one hour practice with the blocks. This is ideal for everyone, young and old, beginner and advanced.
March 14th 2pm-5pm at 500 CZK. Second workshop end of the month. Saturday March 29th at 2pm-5pm
This workshop is designed for SPRING sequencing, twists,and balancing poses. You will learn all variations and modifications for the poses and then thread it into an hour practice! Come twist out winter, and work on your balance for Spring 2020!
and we have a special event prepared for you! Spring off the mat begins and we begin to hike!
Come join us at the studio for a morning class at 8am and then lets set off for our walk. Spring 2020 will be all about walking, exploring and rediscovering our surroundings. So excited to be walking the walk with you! On the first day of Spring, after our walk we invite you to our very first MOVIE night at YG!
Each off the mat walking day, we will also have a movie/film/documentary to watch at the studio. If you cannot for whatever reason come to the walk then come to the movie!
Spoiler alert!!! all movies will be related to the environment.
we want to thank you for your attendance, participation and support. We are going to have our showers ready in the ladies rooms and then two more things need to be finished and we are solid done! Pay attention to the our garden, it is changing all the time.
