April Challenge
Pretty much everything feels like a challenge right now! So many of you were doing such a wonderful job in your 30 day challenge. I really injured my knee and only did the first two days. But i got emails, and messages, of how happy and and GOOD you felt!
My heart broke when we decided to close temporarily (because I really thought it would be 2 weeks) OM. And yeah, well it is going to be longer!
So, here it is (sign up through fb) it is free of charge. But we want to know all the participants, and we want to have a little more details about your practice.
THE CHALLENGE
We will release 4 different sequences that help you to build a stronger practice towards a peak pose. Each sequence will be 15 minutes. So it will be 15 minutes of repeating this practice for 30 days. We will ask you to keep a weekly journal to see how it is changing you, are sleeping more? Laughing more? Are you feeling grounded? We want you to share your experience with us!
SELF LOVE
Something of vital importance is learning to say NO. See how many things you are doing, and see if they are helping you to be the best you? Sometimes, it is hard to say no. But this is that opportunity where you can teach your kids (if you have kids at home) to make a meal, to set the table to clean up, and in those moments, you can do your challenge, you can take a shower, or a NAP! You can say NO. No, I can’t do everything, yes, I need your help. You can say NO, I am not going to get dressed today, and yes I am going to visit the fridge every ten minutes... until the fridge says NO more left inside!
This is a really new time for all of us. Be kind to yourselves, and to each other.
