Major things happen to people. Life changing
events. This is one of the main reasons why people
start doing yoga in the first place. People show up
because they have excruciating pain in their
backs, or they are going through some major
transition in their life (health, mental or
physical, loss, mourning, grief, confusion,
searching...) Isn't it incredible if the place they
choose to go to is full of COMPASSION?
UNDERSTANDING? If the space is welcoming
and inspiring? That is what I want to focus on
with my team at YG.
I want to navigate through this year, by
connecting the dots, unifying and empowering
my potential as a human, a mom, partner,
daughter, sister, teacher, boss, friend,
acquaintance.
THERE IS REALLY NO NEED TO WASTE
TIME, UNLESS IT S TIME ON A HAMMOCK
READING OR BLOWING BUBBLES.
I DON'T THINK TAKING A NAP IS A WASTE
OF TIME. HOURS ON SOCIAL MEDIA ON THE
OTHER HAND...WELL THAT WAS A
WASTE OF TIME FOR ME
Yoga Garden was designed for all of us to be
there, both in our discomfort, insecure, and
also fully confident, and able to shine. To be
OURSELVES. We want people to be here, curious to
just BE, and build new friendships and connections,
even if it is with themselves first..
