Barbora

I first encountered yoga in 2015 when I was looking for a new form of exercise, and yoga was the only movement that I started to enjoy and that brought benefits to my body. At that time, I saw yoga simply as a regular physical workout. Gradually, however, I tried different teachers and styles of yoga and realized that it also made me feel great mentally. I began to take a deeper interest in yoga and practiced on my own at home. Later, I decided to go to Rishikesh, India, where I completed a teacher training course.

I am also studying medicine, and it’s fascinating to observe the positive effects yoga can have on the human body and mind. In my classes, I focus on connecting movement, breath, and mind. I want everyone who comes to my class to forget, even for a moment, about life off the mat and focus solely on their body and breath in the present moment. Yoga is about the unity of mind and body; it teaches us to slow down and to concentrate on ourselves without comparing to others. This is the spirit in which I strive to guide all my classes.

Honza

I see yoga as a path to better physical and mental health. It helped me overcome certain challenges in my life, which led me to practice more. Now, through teaching yoga, I aim to help people feel good in their own bodies. I’m still at the beginning of the journey to discover all its secrets—a journey I consider beautiful and endless—and I love every step along the way!

In my classes, I focus mainly on connecting movement with breath and staying present in the moment.

Jana

Yoga entered my life six years ago and has since become both my path and my support. I love movement in all its forms, enjoy exploring the body’s possibilities, and playing with the flow of practice. Studying physiotherapy has given me a deeper understanding of movement and enriches the way I work with the body—sensitively, mindfully, and healthily.

In addition to traditional Hatha yoga, for which I completed a teacher training course, I also enjoy teaching Vinyasa. In my classes, I like to focus on conscious breathwork and concentration. I believe yoga doesn’t end on the mat—it teaches us to carry calm, love, mindfulness, and balance into everyday life.

For me, yoga is a journey full of discovery, inspiration, and joy, and that is exactly what I strive to share with everyone who comes to my class.

Klára

Hi, my name is Klára, and I began my yoga journey about 12 years ago. At first, it was mainly Power Yoga, and I was looking for a way to compensate for the imbalances caused by my other sports activities. Later, I expanded my practice to include other styles of yoga that were available.

In recent years, I have focused on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Since the beginning of my practice, my relationship with yoga has evolved, offering me much more than just physical compensation. Professionally, I work in physiotherapy, and I strive to apply this knowledge both in our practice and in everyday life.

I would love to create a safe space for you, where you can practice mindfully, with love and respect for your body.

Domi

I first encountered yoga as a form of compensatory exercise that helped me relax before and after modern fencing competitions. Gradually, however, fencing—with its highly competitive nature—took a back seat, and I started attending yoga classes more and more often instead of fencing training.

From the beginning, what drew me to yoga was the focus on the present moment and the merging with the breath. Both help to let go of the worries we encounter during the day while giving us the strength to face them at the right time. I aim to share this awareness of breath and mind in my own classes as well.
