Stability and Mobility Class
At Yoga Garden, we want you to feel confident not just on your mat, but in every small moment of your day. Our Stability & Mobility class will help you build balance, mobilize your joints, and strengthen the body’s natural support system and the foundation for long-term health and vitality. Stability isn’t just about preventing falls; it’s about feeling steady and supported in every movement. In this class, we’ll work on balance, coordination, and small but essential skills, such as rising without using your hands. You can expect some gentle bouncing, breathwork, and a refreshing final savasana.

Christina
Christina has been practicing Yoga on and off since she was 23. Today at almost 45, she’s opening Yoga Garden Brno, which she hopes will embrace all the people whom want to build community! Be consciously active beings!
The practice of Yoga has the potential to open us to realize that nothing is absolute. We can choose to make change, to unlearn, to investigate, and to stand in solidarity with beings that are actively striving for freedom. This practice is so humbling, and generous, it truly can give us keys to open up to our illusions, to become kinder compassionate beings on this planet.

Klára
Hi, my name is Klára, and I began my yoga journey about 12 years ago. At first, it was mainly Power Yoga, and I was looking for a way to compensate for the imbalances caused by my other sports activities. Later, I expanded my practice to include other styles of yoga that were available.
In recent years, I have focused on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Since the beginning of my practice, my relationship with yoga has evolved, offering me much more than just physical compensation. Professionally, I work in physiotherapy, and I strive to apply this knowledge both in our practice and in everyday life.
I would love to create a safe space for you, where you can practice mindfully, with love and respect for your body.

Anton
Hi, Yoga Garden is my alma mater, and I’ve been teaching here since its beginning. In my classes, the physical practice is always a bit stronger, with an emphasis on breath and respect for each individual. No matter who you are, yoga has a deep impact. In my own practice, yoga provides me with pillars I can lean on and tools to find my center and regulate my nervous system. Whether you are just starting with yoga or are somewhere along your own journey, we can mutually inspire each other toward better tomorrows.

Tereza
I first came to yoga ages ago as a form of “compensatory exercise” to balance my contemporary dance practice. Today, I live yoga as a path that allows me to meet myself; it has become a bridge between the physical (tangible) and the inner, invisible world. I love being part of a community that flows together in the same rhythm, in one breath.
In my classes, I guide attention with an emphasis on the breath. I enjoy concentration, dialogue, laughter, and the shared exploration of possibilities.

Jana
Yoga entered my life six years ago and has since become both my path and my support. I love movement in all its forms, enjoy exploring the body’s possibilities, and playing with the flow of practice. Studying physiotherapy has given me a deeper understanding of movement and enriches the way I work with the body—sensitively, mindfully, and healthily.
In addition to traditional Hatha yoga, for which I completed a teacher training course, I also enjoy teaching Vinyasa. In my classes, I like to focus on conscious breathwork and concentration. I believe yoga doesn’t end on the mat—it teaches us to carry calm, love, mindfulness, and balance into everyday life.
For me, yoga is a journey full of discovery, inspiration, and joy, and that is exactly what I strive to share with everyone who comes to my class.

Karla
For me, yoga is a way to stay connected with myself, my body, and the present moment. I studied pharmacy, but my heart has always been drawn to conscious movement and holistic health. After years of competitive sports, an injury taught me to slow down and listen to my body, and that’s when yoga entered my life. I spent several months in Bali, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and discovered the beauty of traditional yoga philosophy as well as the healing power of the breath.
In my classes, I create a space where everyone can feel accepted as they are and discover the strength they’ve long carried within themselves.

Barbora
I first encountered yoga in 2015 when I was looking for a new form of exercise, and yoga was the only movement that I started to enjoy and that brought benefits to my body. At that time, I saw yoga simply as a regular physical workout. Gradually, however, I tried different teachers and styles of yoga and realized that it also made me feel great mentally. I began to take a deeper interest in yoga and practiced on my own at home. Later, I decided to go to Rishikesh, India, where I completed a teacher training course.
I am also studying medicine, and it’s fascinating to observe the positive effects yoga can have on the human body and mind. In my classes, I focus on connecting movement, breath, and mind. I want everyone who comes to my class to forget, even for a moment, about life off the mat and focus solely on their body and breath in the present moment. Yoga is about the unity of mind and body; it teaches us to slow down and to concentrate on ourselves without comparing to others. This is the spirit in which I strive to guide all my classes.
