Hi, Yoga Garden is my alma mater, and I’ve been teaching here since its beginning. In my classes, the physical practice is always a bit stronger, with an emphasis on breath and respect for each individual. No matter who you are, yoga has a deep impact. In my own practice, yoga provides me with pillars I can lean on and tools to find my center and regulate my nervous system.
