Hot Yang Yin Class
The Yang part of the practice is more flowing and dynamic. It includes breathwork, strength, balance, core work, and challenging transitions. The Yin part consists of longer holds, with all poses on the floor. This part of the practice supports relaxation and surrender with support. It’s the perfect 2-in-1 combination—guaranteed to energize you while also helping you release tension. A great choice for every body.

Honza
I see yoga as a path to better physical and mental health. It helped me overcome certain challenges in my life, which led me to practice more. Now, through teaching yoga, I aim to help people feel good in their own bodies. I’m still at the beginning of the journey to discover all its secrets—a journey I consider beautiful and endless—and I love every step along the way!
In my classes, I focus mainly on connecting movement with breath and staying present in the moment.

Jana
Yoga entered my life six years ago and has since become both my path and my support. I love movement in all its forms, enjoy exploring the body’s possibilities, and playing with the flow of practice. Studying physiotherapy has given me a deeper understanding of movement and enriches the way I work with the body—sensitively, mindfully, and healthily.
In addition to traditional Hatha yoga, for which I completed a teacher training course, I also enjoy teaching Vinyasa. In my classes, I like to focus on conscious breathwork and concentration. I believe yoga doesn’t end on the mat—it teaches us to carry calm, love, mindfulness, and balance into everyday life.
For me, yoga is a journey full of discovery, inspiration, and joy, and that is exactly what I strive to share with everyone who comes to my class.

Lucie
I see yoga as a wonderful tool that can help harmonize the entire body—not only physically but also mentally. My personal practice has constantly evolved over the years. In recent years, I have focused a lot on pranayama and meditation, and during asana practice, I aim to direct attention to the body and the movement itself, which is also how I guide others in my classes. I enjoy exploring the possibilities our bodies offer and playing with the connection between breath and movement, allowing us to dive inward during practice.

Mirka
I have been practicing yoga for some time and am still learning. From my experience so far, yoga is not just about practicing poses. For me, it is a tool that allows us to connect mind, breath, and body—in a single present moment. When this happens, it feels like a small miracle experienced deep within us.
I would like to teach yoga in this way—guiding people so that everyone can allow themselves, and eventually cultivate, a mindful practice: physical movement synchronized with the breath, a calm mind, and a body moving without effort or unnecessary strain.

Tereza
I first came to yoga ages ago as a form of “compensatory exercise” to balance my contemporary dance practice. Today, I live yoga as a path that allows me to meet myself; it has become a bridge between the physical (tangible) and the inner, invisible world. I love being part of a community that flows together in the same rhythm, in one breath.
In my classes, I guide attention with an emphasis on the breath. I enjoy concentration, dialogue, laughter, and the shared exploration of possibilities.

Christina
Christina has been practicing Yoga on and off since she was 23. Today at almost 45, she’s opening Yoga Garden Brno, which she hopes will embrace all the people whom want to build community! Be consciously active beings!
The practice of Yoga has the potential to open us to realize that nothing is absolute. We can choose to make change, to unlearn, to investigate, and to stand in solidarity with beings that are actively striving for freedom. This practice is so humbling, and generous, it truly can give us keys to open up to our illusions, to become kinder compassionate beings on this planet.
